I'm so glad I got to participate as an instructor for the FREED Toronto Zoo event! .I loved running my workshop on benthic macroinvertebrates and it was very meaningful to be a part an event geared towards BIPOC students.

Happy to announce that I finished my thesis - 2 years, 12 watersheds, and a few hundred samples later. Glad I got to wrap this up at the end of this year and I'm excited to start off the new year on a high note!

This week I finished all my Msc. labwork after analyzing my final sample for methylmercury! All it took was dozens of hours on the TTC, a whole jar of instant coffee, and one read-through of the Silmarillion. Excited to explore my 300+ data points 🥳🥳.
