Just two idiots sitting in their bedrooms, and we’ve just raised £1,840 for an absolutely fantastic charity. Had so much fun doing it and the support was unbelievable. Keep donating guys the raffle is open until 12 tomorrow night. I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

24th: Sheffield Wednesday #SWFC. No shock here. The situation is beyond bleak. Still got to try and find some positives and this is a huge opportunity for the likes of Charles, Cadamarteri etc to carve a name for themselves. Hope the fans really back this young group and Pederson

23rd: Oxford United #OUFC. No bad reflection on Oxford or Rowett. This is just an incredibly strong league. Likes of Helik, Brannagan and Goodrham are absolutely good enough but they look too weak in a number of areas. Like Harris but he’s not going to score enough in this system

22nd: Hull City #HCAFC. Crisis gets clubs relegated. And Hull are firmly in crisis mode. They’ll be able to bring more players in than initially thought but let’s not forget how bad they were last year even before having 1 hand behind their back. Jakirovic a complete unknown too

21st: Blackburn Rovers #BRFC. Eustace is fantastic and took this team way beyond where it should be. Val is less fantastic and considering key departures like Dolan and Brittain, I’m anticipating a big slide. Still talent just a lot of better sides in a very strong league

20th: Charlton Athletic #CAFC. Ask me how they’d go in May and I’d have said they were doomed. But they’ve recruited well and clearly fancy it, even if £5m for Kelman is 😳. Jones will set them up to be hard to beat and it’s on some good attackers to build on a good foundation

19th: Preston North End #PNEFC. Another one I’m questioning where the goals are coming from. I’d love to see Jebbison succeed. Written off as some sort of joke but there’s a player there imo. Lots of running but not much creating in that midfield. Frokjaer will have to be elite

18th: Stoke City #SCFC. Many a smarter man than me has fallen to a Stoke prediction. But, they are looking a bit undercooked atm. Goals especially are a real worry. Bozenik? meh. Mubama scored plenty at youth level but how many times has that been said. Sorba is excellent though.

17th: Portsmouth #PFC. A tough team to call. Especially seeing as I’d be surprised if no one has poached Mousinho come May. Yet to be convinced by the Aussie revolution but still trust Rich Hughes. Bishop a number 9 most clubs wish they could have and few better than Josh Murphy.

16th: Queen’s Park Rangers #QPR. Availability the killer. Talent wise, that 3 behind the striker is electric. But, all are very susceptible to injuries. I love Burrell, but he played his best football in a 2 which won’t happen here. But, at their best, will be great fun to watch.

15th: Watford #WFC. Not seeing a lot of the love they are getting tbh. Likes of Chakvetadze, Louza and Vata are superb but they are lacking in other areas. Not as convinced on Irankunda as others. Could be special, could equally be not. A little bit lacking in firepower for me.

14th: Wrexham #WxMAFC . No club who recruits like this deserves to succeed. We’re about to find out what happens when Parky’s Dad’s Army stop winning every week. In that case I wonder if it’s the end of the road for him. O’Brien, Cacace and Broadhead are excellent additions tho.

13th: Middlesbrough #MFC. I like Edwards but he can only do so much. For a side who usually love to spend even when they don’t need to, this summer has been uncharacteristic. Things had gone stale under Carrick and with not much churn there’s little to suggest much really changes

12th: Bristol City #BCFC. Still a hell of a lot to like especially with the infectious personality of Struber in the dugout. Will get superb buy in from fans and players. Love that midfield with Bird, Randell and Knight. Riis should bring goals too. Would like to see Stokes play.

11th: Swansea City #SCFC. 3 years in a row, I’ve predicted us to finish 11th. Last season, I was spot on. Great early summer business but still lacking a quality 9 and on the right flank. Midfield is nice and technical but could be overrun by bigger sides too. I’d take this tbh.

10th: West Bromwich Albion #WBA. You just never know with a rookie in the dugout. Also a lot of unknowns in recruitment with likes of Heggebo and Campbell even if the former looks like a good striker buy on paper. Again, concerns over GK situation. Expect a big season from Price

9th: Millwall #MFC. An excellent striker who I think will be in golden boot contention ✅ An excellent creative outlet out wide ✅ A good solid manager for the level ✅ That’s that then. We may as well all just go home. But no, I do have concerns over GK situation with Jensen out

8th: Derby County #DCFC. Unapologetic John Eustace fanboy here. He could get performance out of 11 builders. Thankfully, Derby haven’t got 11 builders and have instead assembled a strong group. Forward options especially look seriously exciting. Better than most are expecting
