It was a great day at the AdZou competition today. Our SCCC DECA team made our chapter shine today by earning two trophies! Best Tactics, and they earned the top award of Best Team Presentation. Congratulations and we are very proud of you all!

Our last day in Washington D.C. we visited the Holocaust Museum and Arlington National Cemetery where we were able to witness the changing of the guard ceremony. Our trip has come to a conclusion and now we head back home. Looking forward to sharing our memories with everyone.

Today our group explored Washington DC after closing session. We saw the Declaration of Independence, several museums and had a chance to explore a mansion with secret rooms. Great day for discovery.

After a busy day of workshops our group received a Washington DC night tour.

First day on the DECA Power Trip in Arlington, VA has been jammed up pack with us going the extra to see Washington DC. Today we continue with our workshops full learning opportunities for growth, careers, networking, and competition help. Looking forward to another amazing day.

Today was filled with adventures from being delayed because a deer decided to bump into our bus (everyone is fine by the way, except maybe the deer), to seeing The Dolly Parton Stampede dinner and a show, learning that we qualified for this years Adzou competition again.

On our way to this year’s DECA Fall Leadership Conference in Branson, Missouri. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

DECA and HOSA delivered our painted pumpkins this fine Saturday morning. Several nursing home residents were able to receive their very own pumpkin to decorate their room. Thanks to everyone who participated in our October Community Service activity and who went “The Extra” .

Our SCCC DECA float featured our very own DECA man this year. Along with that we helped promote a local business with one of our integrated marketing campaigns. Thanks to everyone who participated and helped us shout out our DECA spirit!
