@BootsUK and nothing is different. People are having to pay additional car parking just to wait for nearly an hour for a script. Why there is no option to send digitally and it start being prepared is beyond me. I have spent a total of 70 minutes waiting in your shop today

@oxtedschool absolutely disgusted that on the day before the start of sixth form you suddenly decide there’s a schedule clash and now my son cannot do the options he has chosen. There’s nothing else he wants to do so you’ve basically put a bomb under his future thanks a bunch

Speaking out and seeking the right support when you are being bullied at work is a very brave and courageous thing to do particularly when you know that you won’t be heard and will eventually be forced to leave because the bullying will get worse but more subtle

@DandG_Support for example my nesspresso machine was dropped and it smashed and is leaking, d and g want to send an engineer out to look at it?? Timescale 3-4 weeks?? Add another week for replacement
