CJ Gertrude Torkonoo was removed for vacationing outside 🇬🇭 with her husband and child using state funds for travel expenses, & for recommending the nomination of certain judges to be appointed to the Supreme Court. According to the committee this constituted STATED MISBEHAVIOUR.
