Gone are the days when you had to leave your hometown to get a good job. The UK Government has worked tirelessly to make sure that whether you stay in your hometown or go to any other town in the country, there’s no good jobs anywhere. Problem solved. 👍

Vodafone has now had a UK-wide outage for over 2 hours. At this point there are only 2 possibly options: 1. They have been hacked and took the whole system down to try and stop the hack (probably too late) 2. The company is so inept that their entire system for the whole

You used to be able to pay for parking with just a few coins or a card. No matter where you parked, you only needed one method of payment and it worked quickly 100% of the time. Now I have folders on my phone with dozens upon dozens of different parking apps. You have to

The iPhone 17 Pro takes amazing photos. The quality is far superior to previous generation iPhones. Which is why you can immediately tell I took this with my 4-year old iPhone 13.

Great news* * Except that Michelle Mone has already taken money out from the company and none of it will be repaid. The company that owes the UK Government £122 Million only had £666k in Net Assets at the end of July. They were losing £120k in Net Assets per month which means

This is a fantastic policy. 👏 Every school MUST have a library. Can this happen sooner than in 4 years’ time though? And why is this announcement not being made by the Education Secretary? Is she too busy trying to become deputy party leader?

Today I am promising a library in every single primary school in England by the end of this parliament.   That’s a statement of my values.   That’s a statement of the value this Labour Government places on all our children’s futures. https://t.co/HYEw6zpmey

Angela Rayner now says she “made a mistake” when she avoided paying £40,000 in tax. This is pathetic. She is blaming it on her “legal advice”. The simple fact is: Angela Rayner thought she was above the law. She thought she would get away of sticking two fingers to the

Am I right in understanding that the MP for Ashton-under-Lyne does not live in Ashton OR in London to attend Parliament? Apparently Angela Rayner has declared her primary residence to be in Hove… 270 miles from her constituency that she is supposed to represent. If true, this

Structure of a typical Twitter argument: You: Apples are fruit. Reply #1: Wow! So Oranges are not fruit?! Reply #2: Why did you not mention that apples can also be green? Reply #3: Why do you talk about apples, but ignore tomatoes? Reply #4: Tomatoes are not a fruit, duh.

The UK Government increased the bus fare cap by 50% (from £2 to £3) in January 2025. Now Keir Starmer has the audacity to claim that this “cut costs” for families in the UK. The level of gaslighting is really off the chart here. Next up: “We’re helping businesses employ more

Our Plan for Change is about putting working people first. The £3 bus fare cap has already cut costs for families. We’re extending it — making travel simpler, cheaper and better for everyone.

How strange. Turns out hosting winter skiing events in the middle of a hot desert is a bad idea. I do ponder sometimes how we got to a place where people with a negative IQ get to make these decisions.

Rachel - seeing as you are demonstrating that you don't understand basic economics, let me enlighten you. Interest rates are lowered by the Bank of England when: 1. Economy is doing badly (to stimulate it) 2. Unemployment increasing (to try and halt it) 3. Inflation spike

Since the General Election, interest rates have been cut five times and are now at their lowest level for two years - bringing down the cost of mortgages and loans across the UK. By bringing stability back to the country's finances we're putting more money in people's pockets.
