I work full time walk 6 miles a day with the 🐕🦮 and every day I see a guy who I have a chit chat with. And every day he asks me if I’ve done any sport and every day I tell him I don’t have time and every day he says you should it’s good for you. This has been going on 2 years

Last night my neighbour suffered a stroke & fell in the garden. OMG these paramedics are angels sent from heaven. Such a wonderful caring, calm, professional team who went above beyond not only for the patient but also his wife; words cannot describe how brilliant they were

Not a great picture but this Swan has been in this field for 10 days - the lake is opposite. Her mate died 11 days ago & she is 💔and has gone here to die. So very sad 💔💔Swans mate for life. She had 2 kids & they keep guarding the field and going to see her but she won’t move
