Starting Monday, I’ll be joining Navy Athletics as their on-air host/reporter. I’ve wanted to work in college athletics for a long time, and more importantly, it gives me the opportunity to live with @sarahpgillespie after 4+ years of long distance. Can’t wait to get started!

Please read this thread. While our time in band did not overlap, I believe everything Piper has said. These tweets are consistent with my experiences during my Senior Year of High School Marching Band.
We should have been nurturing our love for music throughout these years. We should have been encouraged. We should have felt like our directors stood in our corners behind us, guiding us, but instead I felt like someone was rooted in the idea of blocking the path in front of me.
