I love Dancing in the metaverse. It feels magical, a dance through time and space that feels playful and free, with a crossover into IRL - when I then rock up to local group fitness class and it too feels like dancing through life with others amazing energy all around me! ✨

Sometimes it feels good to do something metaphorical. Went into the Venusventures @venusventuresio meditation space to break some things, and sit and heal. The Japanese art of Kintsugi is a strong metaphor for life - being bold, rather than hiding the cracks and imperfections.
