ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਯਕੀਨ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ— ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹਿਰੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ, ਮੋਟਰਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਝੋਨਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਵੀ ਹੁਣ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਲਈ ਵਾਧੂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਤੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਥਰਮਲ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ।

ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਭਿਆਨ! ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਰੁਸ਼ਨਾਉਣ ਦਾ। ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਖੇਤਰ 'ਚ ਅਗਲੇ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀਕਾਰੀ ਕਦਮ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਬ-ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ, ਫ਼ੀਡਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡੇਸ਼ਨ, 25000 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੱਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
