I've finished as Lead Artist for Create & Change, a women's arts programme by @sampad_arts 🧡 We visited the @ShakespeareBT archives + explored the concepts of value + preservation, creating our own personal archives in books. It was reflective, emotional, it felt needed.

Last week marked our final Get Creative session with @BirminghamMind. We've enjoyed working with visitors to their 4 hubs, which had attendances of over 100 people. It's been a busy but fulfilling year, leveraging South Asian arts to improve mental& physical wellbeing.
