UPDATED (again) Facing a second day of intense questioning, Mr Rolfe said he was "not at all" concerned by findings of a Local Court judge that he lied, lacked credibility and likely "deliberately banged" a man's head into the floor during an arrest.
UPDATED: In a tense exchange with counsel assisting, Mr Abbott KC argued many of Mr Rolfe's text messages read aloud in court were irrelevant to the inquest. "This is not a royal commission into my client, even though sometimes it sounds like it," Mr Abbott KC said.
