why is there a running assumption that ex-casters/hosts are qualified for every single role in esports?.

I had a lot of interaction (for me) from my last post, and therefore a lot of new followers 👋. I haven't posted here often, but plan to write more about LoL analytics during the off-season (if anything just to fill time). You can find an article I wrote last year below :).

On the last day of my contract (30th) I was told my services were not longer required by FlyQuest. I'll be posting tonight what I've been up to for the last 2 years in a long form article which may be interesting to any current or hopeful analyst/coach.
