Similar to how Effect platform abstracts away a program from its underlying runtime, we think the same approach can be used for "cloud programs". Provide the "IaC" layer to deploy it, or the "runtime" layer to run in a server. Can also abstract cloud providers, e.g. CF or AWS.
In the next version of @alchemy_run, you no longer need to `await` resources (but still can) and it just works in @EffectTS_ . We're excited to do more with Effect layers soon too.
