@AdmiralUK I NEED this car recovered by 12pm tomorrow. This is my partners grieving grandads house, and he will be left to deal with this stress which is completely unfair, and we will be taking this further if it is not resolved by then.

My car crashed into an elderly persons garden nearly 30 hours ago. @admiraluk @TheAA_UK have promised recovery multiple times - NOTHING. Garage now says the recovery has been cancelled. @admiraluk what am I meant to do? I am 5 hours from home, no updates & no support.
