My bank have told me that @Tesco have refused to give a response, so they are having to escalate it. How is it that I have money stolen from me and it is now my responsibility to chase @Tesco to get it back!

He said that I need to contact Tesco bank. Tesco bank are closed over the weekend! When speaking to them on Monday they told me they wouldn’t help unless I was a Tesco customer and that I should contact my bank.
