so, about getting ini util to shine and being used more selectively๐ฌ๐ฌ clearly this isnt working, maybe lets rollback the CD nerf or 45-55s and do proper nerfs to Yoru instead a useless ult nerf or lets be fine with having many power creep agents instead of nothing agents
We're not removing refresh utility! We are increasing CDs on some abilities to encourage more thoughtful usage, though. We still want utility to shine - we just want players to use it more selectively. Leaks are often inaccurate. Check out the 11.08 notes dropping Monday 10/13!
