@sagistarbb Had a conversation with my mother how being a mother or parent doesn’t make u special considering how easy it is to become one (so easy almost every species is able to become a parent and have offsprings) what is special is being a good parent since not everyone is or knows how

@sagistarbb @LivingLifeOva Ive always been leary of having kids b/c i was afraid of turning into my mom. Im still tryna figure myself out and unlearn some of the traits ,trauma and characteristics I was raised w/. Im not bringing a kid into the world to make them learn and put up w/ my unresolved trauma.

@sagistarbb And tbh, a lot of the time, they had kids because they were pressured, didn't think about the consequences or told that that's what they're supposed to do before a certain age. And that's my issue with people recklessly having kids without truly thinking about it first.

@sagistarbb after my mom left, she confessed she never wanted to be a mother, that it ruined her whole life. and tbh now I don’t know if I ever want to be one.

@sagistarbb cause most of our parents came from a Pluto Virgo or libra generation so yea it is a show of perfectionism, having it together illusion, vanity, and the expectation of being viewed as complete.

@sagistarbb Yeah we're not rodents or pests that should breed and multiply. We are highly intelligent beings well some of us and we should have the right to either bring forth a child or not. Why is it such a hard concept to understand. Don't we value life more that way.
