Another day in Dataverse 🧙. When you map new fields from a CRM table, make sure to double-check spelling in ExternalName mapping. A typo causes the field to return an empty value, no error message or warning. 🤷 #msdyn365bc.

Finally working with a C/Side version before autocomplete. 😎 Just like the good old NAV4 days, although the TAB key here already indent the line instead of jumping to the line below.😁.

To avoid hours of debugging next time: .#MSDyn365BC (saas) - Dataverse integration forces you to have Unit Groups with 'NAV' prefix. in CRM. Otherwise Item-Product sync will fail. 🤷 .I can only hope the customer is also going to take it lightly. 😅

And the final product has been deployed 😀

I have found a PDF Viewer app from @ajkauffmann that is integrated into Incoming Document and works well. Real lifesaver! 🙂.

Well, my previous accountant hung me out to dry. so my convenient BC migration changed from a simple opening balance posting to re-entering 3 years of financial data to finally assemble an end-year report. OCR interface is working very hard tonight. 😅.

Important info for my fellow #msdyn365bc #vscode extension authors. Apparently, .vscodeignore format has changed with vsce v1.93, which could result in broken vsix packages, e.g. files are left out.

Pipeline fixed, rain is expected after lunch. We'll see if it works properly. 👨‍🔧
