To enhance #AmaBus services, @ThirumalaNaik4, MD CRUT, has directed all staff to ride the bus twice a week for firsthand commuter insights. Today he travelled on Route 10 & 13 during peak hours and interacted with commuters. Soon commuter feedback form will be available online.
