We have a lovely new team called the Assessment & Admission Avoidance Team (A&C). We designed a referral form and a screening tool for the team to use and delivered a refresher training. As usual, I just can't help posing 🤣🤣 @saab_zara @OxleasNHS @OxleasDigital
