I’m actually so mad I didn’t get to eat on my break. I rarely choose not to because I struggle with eating when my mental health is down. I just wanted Jimmy Johns… it actually kinda ruined my mid day even more now… i’m so sad and frustrated

I have been waiting im a drive thru line for 18 mins that hasn’t moved at @jimmyjohns 😒 Now I don’t have time to eat lunch on my break… This is why I shouldn’t try 😑

I had to make the decision today to ask my therapist for a referral to a PHP mental health stabilization program. I’m going to have to somehow ask how to get an LOA from work 🥺 I feel like a failure in a way. But it’s better then living with bad thoughts and hating life😕

Living lately feels so hard. I’m struggling to want to stay 😑

I was self isolating for the last 2 years. Recently in therapy I found the root of the trauma pattern. Then 2 days later I’m in CO and going to Rezz Rocks and tripping in nature. Nothing seems that important anymore. I have been overthinking too much 😬

Ite been nice to unplug from my phone on this vacation. Being at Rezz Rocks and being able to appreciate life has been wonderful ❤️

I tripped on shrooms at Rezz Rocks and my life is different now 😂 I needed it so badly! That vibe and energy was amazing ❤️
