Total collapse of @SouthwestAir at Midway. No crews… Waited two hours in line to talk to a rep for a 9:30am DCA flight that keeps delaying the departure time every 15 minute for almost 5 hours now. Maybe cancel these flights so we can make alternative plans?

Very little announcements or updates on staffing. @SouthwestAir if you can’t staff the flights at least have the decency to cancel them so we can leave the airport or make alternative plans. What’s the point in keeping us if the flights aren’t happening?

We ran out of baby formula and had to leave the airport. Tried to do that this morning and it cost us the entire day only for @SouthwestAir to cancel us again anyways. They still have our luggage. What a clusterfuck.

So they put us all on a plane, tell us to hurry up, and THEN they cancel the flight. No customer support is available. Phone is busy. App doesn’t work. 2 hour long lines minimum at gates for agents. Still no update or rebooking. Bad news @SouthwestAir

Hey @nbcchicago and @ABC7Chicago you covering the shit show going on with @SouthwestAir at Midway. All the other outlets are. They’re the only airline dealing with it and they can’t seem to figure out how to handle cancellations and staffing.

The unit owner of our rental fraudulently double booked the location so we were told to leave mid-trip. We still haven’t been compensated or refunded for having to book new accommodations despite weeks of “we are working on it.” Seems to me like @vrbo doesn’t give a shit

Does it really take 6 weeks to get a refund and compensation for poor service? Or do you always try to avoid paying by running out the clock for weeks until customers give up? Even the airlines take less time than that. This is ridiculous.
