Are @RoyalMail not paying their staff enough that they feel the need to rob their customers! The below has clearly been opened and the person has attempted to make it look like the envelope has been snagged…unbelievable!

Don’t bother hiring from @enterprisecares they let me down minutes before pickup on a hire that had been booked 4 months in advance. Left me £700+ out of pocket on a replacement hire that I had to find myself, so no spending money for our holiday. Still no refund in over 1 week.
