Labour will only get back in business if it backs business. Today @Keir_Starmer and @RachelReevesMP did just that by showing the role an active, engaged, coordinating state could play in unlocking growth. A marked difference from the last decade.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP They'll say whatever it takes to get into power, I don't believe a word they say just like I don't believe the current government

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Why is the worker's party backing the bosses? Are they trying to paint themselves into irrelevance?

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP What's the point of labour getting in then? The vast majority of us want major political change, not just different colour team in charge.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Bloody strikers are the antithesis to business practices. ...and there you see the problem. Labour. Not what it says on the tin.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Labour, for the few not the many? We already know the party is close to bankruptcy under Starmer, hence Labour now being for sale to the highest bidder. A political party, funded by private companies, works only for the interests of those companies, not for the interests of us.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP If you follow the same path as the Tories, you get the same result. Those businesses who invest in Labour will have no interest in ensuring fair pay and conditions for workers.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Labour was set up to represent ordinary people. But they don't support striking workers who've had yrs of real term pay cuts. Won't nationalise utilities or end NHS privatisation. Will provide a Farage-backed immigration policy. May as well vote Tory. #StarmerOut #EnoughIsEnough

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Business have always had the Tories and LiDems on their side. We need a party that backs workers.

@ryan_wain @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP Sir #Starmer appears reluctant to tell us who he will back when the interests of business conflict with the interests of the workers. ๐Ÿค”
