Zenker Diverticulum aka Pharyngeal Pouch. A posterior outpouching of the hypopharynx, just proximal to upper esophageal sphincter through a weakness in the muscle layer called Killian dehiscence. Barium Swallow shows the pouch during swallowing on the lateral view, at C5-6 level.

Cannon A Wave - AVNRT. Right atrium contracts -> Tricuspid valve closed -> Increased pressure in right atrium -> Cannon A waves occur -> Seen in atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia. Treatment:. Adenosine, BB, CCBs, for acute management -> RFA for long-term treatment.
