The 4321 is for a reason the BEST and most used formation in this years game.
Whenever you practice and master this formation, you genuinely will hit better ranks.

- Attacking: building up playstyle
- IF you really need an extra attacker, put 1 of the cdms on balanced. He must have H/H workrates tho. Bruno is a perfect example (just try both)

I ALWAYS start with the 4321
Switch to the 3421 if you:
1. Struggle to defend.
2. If the opponnent is in a 5 back (541/3421)
That simple, if there is any questions.
Just ask 🤝

Ball roll before a shot (somehow more accurate)
Trivelas, just learn certain angles its a must
Stepovers
Playerlocks (not a must)
