Lovely moth trapping event recently at the Metropole Garden! We were joined by Dr. Joe Botting and discovered a possible rare find for Radnorshire! 🦋 The white moth in the photo might be Palpita vitrealis, though we’re waiting for confirmation from the county moth recorders.

🐟🌧️ Despite the rain, it was a great day at Gilfach Nature Reserve with students from Black Mountain College. We spent the day learning about salmon and exploring the wildlife that makes this reserve so special. Keep an eye out for how you can get involved this salmon season!
