But they are not ready to do. I asked them to connect to supervisor to discuss and him being very rude states that booking should be cancelled before 26 july 9am otherwise the refund cant be done. But while cancellation nothing was mentioned and it stated free cancellation.

Nd the person cut call in between. Absolutely pathetic. They haven’t mentioned any clear policy for cancellation, not ready to provide refund nd cant revoke cancellation. What kind of pathetic management is this and pathetic customer service. @bookingcom Not using this anymore.

through my friends googlepay. Since the second booking was by mistake it was cancelled. While connecting with customer service they say they cant initiate refund since the payment and booking was in different number and we requested to atleast revoke the cancellation @bookingcom

@bookingcom Absolutely scammers I needed booking for 26 to 27 july but by mistake made 2 bookings for 26 -27 july and 27 - 28 july. During payment in the property the receptionist showed the payment for 27 to 28 july and made us pay, since there was a network issue i paid
