BBL isn’t a medical condition correction. It is risking one’s life just to look/feel more sensual. “For people will be lovers of themselves… lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God” II Tim 3:2a,4b So yes, risking the life God gave you just to appear more tempting is a sin.
