The new ‘Hot’ asset Ruth PBSA proliferates all over Glasgow and Edinburgh. No Landlord licence needed. Used as STL in the summer but exempt from Legislation. Seemingly in Wales some have been then turned into residential units.

I wish people would fully research! EdinCityCouncil is banning private self-caterers to benefit their dodgy deals renting the tax-payer owned properties they oversee to non-UK tax payers to operate self-catering in aparthotels ££s going out of Scotland. EdinCC not providing homes
