Learning delegation so far….Watching someone take 6 hours (+20 questions) for a task you could’ve done in 2… while you resist every urge to jump in and let it play out. Painful, but the only way to scale beyond yourself.

As AI evolves, we engineers sometimes get so obsessed with speed that we start valuing quantity over quality. But shipping fast means nothing if you’re shipping flaws - unless you enjoy spending weekends fixing bugs that good design and thoughtful code could’ve prevented.
