@british_airways I got notification saying our luggages were going to be delivered by 14:00hrs and it is now 22:00hrs, still no update, or luggages, and you can imagine the frustration of having to stay in waiting for your belongings.

Hi @british_airways can I get hold of anyone in São Paulo to have an update on our luggages that still have not arrived for 2 days. We’re traveling w/ a 2 year old, we are in extremely need of our personal belongings, especially a car seat so we can actually do what we need!!!
