We need to know why lounge pass is not given? Why reschedule flight when @aaichnairport announced closure? What took your authorities arrange accommodation after so long wait? Why do you think 30AED meal pass is enough? @etihad

Compensate Indian passengers with no transit visa in EY268A. Operating airport without airport hotel is not their mistake nor is not being eligible for free lounge despite 20 hours of painful waiting time since the first flight boarding time!

What work around do you have till then? @etihad refused free lounge pass for the stranded passengers. People with disabilities, physically old, newborns and kids were stranded because they can’t get transit visa! How are you @etihad and @AUH gonna compensate?

@AUH why do you operate your airport when you have not finish constructing your new airport hotel yet? I learnt you are opening airport hotels on Jan from the airport staff.

They had to stay overnight at the airport. Oldage people, babies and kids had to just simply be there over night!

While the passengers with European residence or US visa holders were granted Abudhabi transit visa in minutes so that they can get accommodation at hotels, Indian passport holders did not get visas to leave the country.

We had @etihad at 3AM on Monday morning, unfortunately they got us disembarked, later we boarded after 3 hours, and they had to reroute us back to Abu Dhabi mid air. We were given a fight the next day morning at around 11 AM Tuesday.
