it’s getting tiring all the woman did was add content and depth to the story if sirus intent was to make us pity cesare she would made Ruby forgive him yet with these chapters all the is doing is showing us how cesare was always messed up and always had creepy feelings for Ruby

Others get called genius for adding content but dare siru add depth since the novel didn’t bother and give depth to the unseasoned chickens that cesare and Ellen were, she is biased. that’s why you guys deserve to be stuck with writers like that manhwa that just ended horribly

The new chapter just me be even more thankful to the omertas for making Ruby part of their family taking care of her and bringing back her innocence and smile. They truly love her so much. Ruby has finally found her home a real family that she yearned for

Ruby is the most safe woman. Her father is Duke of omerta her husband is the strongest paladin her sister can fight and will do anything for her. The paladins view her as their little sister. Her friend is a dragon that loves her like a mother Everyone can AND will fight for her

After this Ruby he already discovered that her new family is as bad as her previous one so she starts wearing a mask again and fake her personality in order to survive. She quietly and obediently does as she is told thus accepting to get married and even looking excited

Soon after Ruby is told she has to marry (her first marriage) which she objects to protect her family thus keeping her promise to cesare only to be met with cesares true nature, for defying him and the the pope which left Ruby so traumatised she still fears turtles real or not

people forget two important things about this scene. First this is a just reincarnated Ruby who was naive and innocent thinking she had found the family she yearned for and was excited. Second this is cesares pov he romanticises Rubys words and expressions bc he lusts for her

Cesare was just projecting into her his desires he was the one who couldnt let go he started beating her to vent his anger that she was getting married as if she wasn’t forced into those marriages and didn’t beg to not get married only to get heated by cesare for protesting

It just feels so uncomfortable seeing Ruby from cesares pov it feels just like an image he has created og her. Ruby was just innocently saying what she said as a sister caring for her older brother and yet he a grown adult took them by heart and expected her to be his forever

I think at this point Ruby was already possessed by current Ruby. current Ruby does mention she liked her new family and they were nice to her until she objected her first marriage that they started showing their true colours. Current Ruby was close with cesare at first too
