For my next project I might tackle the SQL situation with C# AOT. EF is still a mess in AOT, and maybe something like sqlc that generates your classes and clean ADO repositories could be a nice workflow...

I started on this a while back as a system for my desktop framework. I just wanted really convenient and essentially automatic json support for AOT. The System.Text.Json way of doing things is really cumbersome and requires a lot of extra (and weird) code. So I made GaldrJson

I win. Automatically source generated, built for AOT, zero-reflection, minimal-API ready. System.Text.Json in shambles. GaldrJson, coming soon.
