The Premier just confirmed the Oct 19 independence vote will be on this question if StayFreeAlberta gets its signatures—and we know they will: "Do you agree that the Province of Alberta should cease to be part of Canada to become an independent state?" This is a clear question
Looks like the independence question will, in fact, be shoved in with the rest of the questions on Oct 19. Which risks making it not a "clear question," as required by the SCC and the Clarity Act. Why gift federalists a reason to object to its legitimacy?
