In case you fail to enable ICU Locale Formats in your Salesforce org because of too low Apex Versions, remember to use #PMD and a simple Custom Rule to bump API versions continuously.

Finally, somebody gave the arrogant feeling I sometimes have when talking to people cool words. 😄.
One reason I dislike neologisms is that most of them are unnecessary. Most are synonyms for words that already existed, but that the speaker didn't know. So their use tends to be a sign of a small vocabulary.
