The Wave Programme is intense, it’s hard work, it’s investigating multiple ideas a week and maybe only taking forward one but this week has been great seeing colleagues in Audiology and HCOP enjoying change and taking real groundbreaking patient improvements forward. Success 👍🏻

My son’s girlfriend has just completed her nursing degree and only 6 of the 300 who are in her position have found a full time job as no vacancies out there. Bonkers
