Relaxation Day is important for everyone. We all need to have a break. We all have responsibilities and we can put so much stress and pressure on our bodies and minds. This is why we all need to take time to recuperate so that we do not burn out. #relaxationday #wellbeing

The pandemic has made us appreciate the humble hug more than we did before. Slowly but surely, we will be able to meet again. And when we do, and it is safe to do so, always remember to 'hug it out'. #family #love #familyofvirtues #parenting #podcast #joy #gratitude #hug #happy

In love, we should believe together, hope together, endure together. Love does not end, irrespective of the circumstances. We should allow ourselves to love purely, generously and fully, without worrying or expecting about what we receive in return. #familyofvirtues #parenting

(3/3) to start the day. Some of my best thinking time is in the shower, or while having a swim. When you can hear your every breath, and feel the water on your skin. It places our bodies into a state of relaxed alertness, while feeling open and receptive to the grace in our lives

(2/3) Early in the morning before the sun rises, before the kids wake up and start demanding our time, before the emails and messages start beeping in - is often the best time. Some quiet meditation and reflection, journaling and also some exercise is always the best way...

(1/3) As parents, any quiet time we receive is not valued enough. There are 24 hours in a day - more than enough time for us to eat, shower, study, work, take care of the kids and watch some television or meet with friends.

When have I intuited something I did not know? Our physical eyes are often blind towards grace and do not have the ability to ‘seek’ for hidden gems. Similarly our ears are not attuned to the melodies of sustenance that ring throughout our lives. #familyofvirtues #podcast

How does one look at life positively in the midst of suffering and uncertainty? We can use our situation as a platform to ascend to greater heights, both spiritually and physically - in our relationships with our families and friends, and our connection with the Divine.

We have heard so much about the power of virtues and positivity. While we must accept many things, we also know that the world lives on hope. I wish for all our loved ones and the entire world the gift of hope - for joy, peace and unity. Merry Christmas and may God bless us all.

Truly our greatest investment should be going towards people within our primary circles rather than who we don't really have a role - and yet, when we speak or behave with our children, we tend not to put our best foot forward. With Dr. Mary Wilde https://t.co/Xmktcm3TTF

In our final episode this season, Dr. Mary Wilde speaks about how we need to look at our virtues through a spiritual lens - something that has roots within our soul rather than a 'facade' that we put on as and when we need to. https://t.co/Xmktcm3TTF

In our final Ep of S1, we speak with Dr Mary Wilde on the virtue of Compassion. We discuss how the virtues are rooted within us, and Mary gives us advice on how we need to be mindful and thoughtful about what we say or do with our children. https://t.co/M45NfLsxAv
