A book a day . The Man at the Walpole Bay Hotel It's 1914 in Margate's famous hotel; Dorothy & Effie; ladies of mature years with a taste for fast cars, Chablis with lunch, tiffin at 4, & cocktails before dinner as they solve local murders on the side.

Book a day . Olly, Me, and Smelly McGee a novel, but based closely on my childhood recollections & those of my older siblings during WW2. Narrated by my brother but a book for adults - it really never caught on. Probably the cover and sub says children.
