Visual cueing is essential! š š We use numbers, colors, visualization, various tools to improve reading, reacting at those critical moments.
I donāt have an issue with a lot of cones or hexagons being used for different reasons, but I canāt help but notice so many players training with sticks while staring at the ground. Basketball coaches taught us so many drills to learn dribbling with our š up, it just makes me š¤·āāļø.
