Agreed... Start with pesticides... See @routetofood for report on pesticides that are banned in the EU but sold to farmers here. Also bleaching flour and stripping it of nutrients only to "fortify" it should be outlawed...
By the way, some influential MP actually DM’ed me asking what I think should be done to make Kenyan food safe in terms of laws. Now my people, I know some of you might disagree, but listen carefully, Kenya needs a law that anyone selling food with preservatives must have a
