Rather than these issues being whispered about, I’m hearing that the CMA is receiving alot of similar messages from the market.
There's a tremendous amount of noise around the pros/cons of Sandbox. However, nearly no one has put the amount of work into testing it that Criteo has. I appreciate their thoughtful approach, and I agree with their list of issues.

The ICO has yet to weigh in on PUR generally or on any of its incarnations, but the regulator appears willing to listen to industry’s perspectives on the subject. Any such conversations will take time to bear clarifying fruit through early 2024.
