Hi @FinnairSuomi @Finnair . Your customer service (phone service in english) is closed at the moment but in your website you tell that it's 24h. What is this. Do you provide any service at all. All I need is to make changes to my flight and you do not answer in any channel.

And I've tried to call your service today for 3 hours and also tried to access your customer service via chat but without any success. I know these are difficult times but this is just not acceptable.

Myös @FinnairHelps keskimääräinen jonotusaika kiinnostaisi jononumeroa enemmän (tulin sisään numerolla 6 ja tosiaan jonotusta takana nyt 2h 10min). Ilmeisen pitkiä asiakaspalvelutapahtumia (Zappos tyyliin) tai sitten siellä pidetään taukoja välissä.

Hei @FinnairHelps ymmärrän että teillä on ruuhkaa asiakaspalvelussa, mutta yli 2h odottaminen linjoilla alkaa jo olla vähän paljon. Myös CX:n kannalta olisi hyvä että eläinpaikan varaaminen onnistuisi ilman aspaa kun sen ei pitäisi olla näin vaikeaa enää vuonna 2021.
