2/ Previously looked at getting smart meter installed, but live in shared tenement property and need multiple owner/occupiers to agree to supply shut off at same time, so virtually impossible. Anything I can do? Cheers

Hi @OctopusEnergy - can you help? Previous month’s bill was £49.53, this month’s is £102.83. No change in gas usage as heating is on timer and normal usage of elec across both months (ie nothing significant has changed in my activity) - how can my bill/usage double? 1/2
