Global pandemics aren't defined by hospitals being at maximum capacity. Face masks are a preventative measure to stop the virus from resurging. You use an umbrella in the rain to stop you from getting wet, not once you're already soaked. This has everything to do with our health

I’m doing great now, but I haven’t been able to listen to Rina since (although I love her)

It’s crazy how much anxiety affects you physically, I’ve not been eating properly, I’ve not been going to the gym and I’ve just not been looking after myself lately
I’m getting there, but this week off next week is very much NEEDED!
