And on the Friday we'll be having a Phenotyping workshop showcasing cutting edge techniques, with video demonstrations and a live question and answer session with experts in the field from Europe and the US.

And of course we have poster sessions! It's the new pandemic world, so it will be slightly different from before of course, but we're working hard to make it a great experience for everyone with 3 poster sessions on each full day, across time zones.

We are looking for abstract submissions for speakers for the session talk slots, with a deadline of March 26th. Details are here, we're looking forward to reading the great work people want to share.

Hello followers. There's been a wait, but there's been a lot to sort out because Root Biology Never Sleeps! Rooting2021 and @ISRR11 have merged their meetings into a joint meeting, and registration is now open at the joint meeting website .

Out of an abundance of caution, we plan to reschedule the conference and will be discussing with sponsors, and ISRD potential dates, currently provisionally targeting June 2021, dates to be confirmed. More to follow as we hear 2/2.

BREAKING: It will have escaped no ones attention that we're currently in the middle of a global pandemic caused by COVID-19. This is predicted to peak in the middle of June in the UK. Obviously this is going to have implications on the running of the conference 1/2.
