If I were them, I would not restrict myself to other provinces (the routes to profitability given new intl student rules aren't so obvious). Go global.
McGill University says it’s been part of Quebec society for over 200 years but in the face of QC g’ment’s decision to raise tuition it’s not ruling out opening a satellite or branch campus outside of the province. @CTVMontreal
