I just published a NuGet package that helps you get
@aspnet
#Blazor
apps running in Electron. Now you can build WebAssembly apps in .NET and install them as desktop apps on any platform! So freakin stoked! Blog post later today.
Here’s a taste...
Still working on the blog post, but the installation instructions are now up on the GitHub repo. If you’re building
@aspnet
#Blazor
apps, please try it out and let me know if you have any issues.

Thanks. So that's HTML rederer over dotnet mono over wasm over chromium over electron over OS to get app working.. Really isn't in this world better solution to build cloud multiplatform desktop app? 🙂

Your characterization is mistaken. It’s a renderer compiled to a .NET runtime that runs in WASM hosted in a Chromium window. Electron is primarily a shell window host and a packaging system. The whole system is capable of building observable, bindable UIs without JavaScript.

Is that azure devops buddy available to download? Variables management in azure devops is the worst thing ever, I'd love if something could make that easier!

Not quite ready to release it yet, but that is the plan! First feature will let you copy variable groups across projects and collections, but we have other features in mind too. As soon as we figure out how Electron update servers work and polish the UI a bit, we’ll share :)

Ok. Now this makes me want to dive into Blazor... This convergence of these technologies feels bigger than it appears on the surface.
